Someone finally bought the mansion on our street. I have no idea what it went for, but the most recent listed price I saw was $599,000. Again, the average income of the town where I live is $23,500. The biggest house on our street has gone on the market, as we expected it to. It was previously owned by a young man who was working offshore and got in some kind of accident that left him paralyzed (I think quadriplegic, although I'm not 100% on that).
